Sending money is easy: log in to your account and select MOVO Pay >> Send Money.
Select your MOVO Account™ (Primary) as the funding source, and the amount you wish to send. Minimum is $1.00, and you can send up to $1,000.00 per day.
Next, either type in a phone number or email address and tap Next.
NOTE: phone numbers should be entered as 10 digits, e.g., 4155551212
You can also select a recipient from your contacts or if your MOVO® friends are connected with you on Facebook, you can conveniently select them from your list of Facebook friends (this requires you connect once with your MOVO® friends on Facebook: as more friends join MOVO®, this list will grow).
IMPORTANT: PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT MOBILE NUMBER OR EMAIL BEFORE SENDING AND CONFIRMING A TRANSACTION. TREAT EACH MOVO® TRANSACTION LIKE CASH. ONCE THE FUNDS ARE CLAIMED BY THE RECIPIENT THE TRANSACTION CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REVERSED!
If the recipient is not a MOVO® user, does not signup and claim the funds within three days, the transaction will be reversed and the funds returned to your primary account.
