Sending money is easy: log in to your account and select MovoPay >> Send Money.
Select your MovoCash Account (Primary) as the funding source, and the amount you wish to send.
Next, either type in a phone number or email address and tap Next.
NOTE: phone numbers should be entered as 10 digits, e.g., 4155551212
You can also select a recipient from your contacts or if your MOVO friends are connected with you on Facebook, you can conveniently select them from your list of Facebook friends (this requires you connect once with your MOVO friends on Facebook: as more friends join MOVO, this list will grow).
IMPORTANT: PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT MOBILE NUMBER OR EMAIL BEFORE SENDING AND CONFIRMING A TRANSACTION. TREAT EACH MOVO TRANSACTION LIKE CASH. ONCE THE FUNDS ARE CLAIMED BY THE RECIPIENT THE TRANSACTION CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REVERSED!
If the recipient is not a MOVO user, does not signup and claim the funds within three days, the transaction will be reversed and the funds returned to your primary account.
