If you are already a MOVO account holder, you will receive a notification via text message, or email, that someone sent you money. Once you login to your account, go to MovoPay >> History. It will show who sent you the money and how much.
If you are not yet a MOVO account holder, you will receive either a text message or email notifying you that a MOVO account holder has sent you money. The message will contain a link for you to download and register for the MOVO account. Once successfully enrolled, the money will show up in your account.
IMPORTANT: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT USING YOUR CORRECT EMAIL AND MOBILE NUMBER, AS THIS IS HOW MOVO TRACKS PAYMENTS MADE TO YOU. PLEASE CAREFULLY CONFIRM THE DETAILS OF YOUR ACCOUNT SET UP TO ENSURE THE PROPER CREDENTIALS ARE SUBMITTED. ALL PAYMENTS SENT WILL BE MATCHED TO YOU AND CREDITED TO YOUR MOVO ACCOUNT.
