Your PIN is used for identification verification when calling into the MovoCare self-service number, (866) 533-6686, and selecting option 1 on your phone keypad. You always have the option to change your PIN by following the IVR selections presented to you during the call.
Your 4-digit PIN is initially set to the last 4 numbers of the home phone number you used when signing up for a MOVO account. At any time, you can call (866) 533-6686, select option 1 to change this PIN. Please note that your MovoCash (your primary card) and MovoCoin are capable of having separate PINs.
