Your PIN is used for verification purposes. Your pin can be changed at any time, privately and securely.
If you want to update your pin, please follow these instructions to update your pin:
- Call (855) 502-2157
- Select Option 1 for english
- Enter the last four digits of your card number, followed by the # sign
*Note: If you are calling from a phone number other than the one on your MOVO account, you will need to provide your full 16-digit card number.
- Enter your current pin, followed by the # sign
- Select Option 4 to change your pin
If you’ve forgotten your pin and need to create a new one:
You will need to speak directly with a representative. Please call 866-533-6686 and select option 1 on your phone keypad, then follow the prompts to speak with a representative. A MoPro will be able to assist you in resetting your pin, after verifying your ID.
