Loading funds into your MOVO Account™ from a bank is easy!
To load funds from a bank account to MOVO:
- Log in to your online account though your bank's website
- If you haven't linked MOVO® to your bank account, you will need to do that first
- Follow your bank's process to transfer funds (Direct Deposit or ACH) to your MOVO Account™.
These transfers typically take 3 business days to complete. You will see the withdrawal from your bank account one or two days before the funds are posted to your MOVO Account™.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the name on the account the funds are transferred from need to match the name on the MOVO Card™. If the names do not match, the deposit will be declined and funds returned to the originating bank.
Wire transfers and international ACH transfers are not supported.
