If you have not done so previously, you will need to first add your MOVO Account™ as a non-Wells Fargo account:
1) Log in to your Wells Fargo account (Wells Fargo website, not the mobile app)
2) Click on Transfer and Pay (in red banner at top of screen)
3) A drop down will appear with options. Click on Transfer Money
4) At the top of the Add Money Screen you will see, "My non-Wells Fargo accounts: Add | Manage"
5) Click on Add
6) A new screen will open that you will need to fill out.
7) Follow the instructions from there.
Two small trial deposits will be sent to your MOVO Account™. You will need to retrieve those amounts to verify your account before you will be able to transfer funds to your MOVO Account™.
Be sure you have the routing number and your direct deposit number (do NOT use your 16 digit card number as this will not be accepted). Your Direct Deposit account information can be found in the MOVO App™. Go to Main Menu >> Digital Banking >> Direct Deposit.
To transfer funds to MOVO from your Wells Fargo account follow the steps below:
1) Log in to your Wells Fargo account
2) Click on Transfer and Pay (in red banner at top of screen)
3) A drop down will appear with options. Click on Transfer Money
4) Enter the following information
a) From: Select the Wells Fargo account from which the funds will be transferred
b) To: Select your MOVO account
c) Frequency
d) Amount
e) Delivery
5) Select Continue, then Submit
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE "WIRE TRANSFER" TO SEND MONEY TO YOUR ACCOUNT AS IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
