A merchant POS Purchase Return credit to your MOVO Card™ MUST have an associated POS Purchase debit on your MOVO Card™, which is equal to, or greater than, the POS Purchase Return credit.
This is standard practice in the credit/debit card industry.
If there is not a matching POS Purchase debit, your card will be blocked by our system. To unblock your card, you will be required to submit copies of the original POS Purchase receipt and the POS Return Authorization receipt.
