When you receive your physical card in the mail, follow the instruction on the sticker affixed to the card to activate it. You must activate the card prior to using it for in-store purchases, ATM withdrawals or loading cash through our Reload Network.
To activate the card, call our card activation line at (855) 502-2157, preferably from the phone number used to register for MOVO® and follow the verbal instructions.
